Another productive day on site for the Intirbim team as we successfully concluded a Baseline Schedule Finalization Meeting with our client.
Following detailed planning, stakeholder engagement, and schedule reviews, the project baseline has now been agreed and finalized, providing a clear roadmap for successful project delivery. We are pleased to report that the client is satisfied with the outcome and the collaborative approach taken throughout the planning process.
The visit also included a site walkdown and project review, ensuring alignment between the programme, site conditions, and project objectives. Travelling through the scenic Wicklow Mountains provided a fitting backdrop to another successful milestone achieved by the team.
